The Edge District stretches along Central Avenue from 16th to Martin Luther King Jr. streets and is made up of more than 100 businesses.
In 2014 it was awarded the Florida Main Street designation and in 2015, the Edge District was named a National Main Street Program by the National Main Street Center, a subsidiary of the National Trust for Historic Preservation.
These “Main Street” accreditations are a result of the successful balance of historic preservation with community revitalization. Kudos to the business owners, community leaders, sponsors and volunteers who worked together to make it happen.
Some of the businesses located in The Edge include, Paper Street Market, Designers Consigner, Milagros Soap, Bodega, Mis en Chic, Furnish Me Vintage, Ferg’s and many, many more. You are encouraged to shop local, dine local and become part of the celebration.
